Follow our nine simple steps below to make sure you have done everything you need to have a great show!
CONCERT CHECKLIST
1. COSTUMES
All students participating in our concert wear costumes. Students MUST complete the Concert Costume Sizing Form. The form is due on Saturday 25 October 2025.
2. STAGE MAKE-UP
All students wear simple stage make-up to enhance their faces under the harsh stage lighting. Watch our Stage Make-Up Tutorial below to see how it’s done - easy!
** Please Note: If you do not want your child to wear stage make-up, that’s no worries, please just let us know **
3. STAGE HAIR
All students wear a fake hairpiece to make doing their hair super simple! You can purchase your hairpiece at Attitude Australia in Mitchell. Rather than get you to do elaborate hair styles, you just put the hairpiece over your bun. Watch our Stage Hair Tutorial below to see how it’s done - easy!
** Please Note: We understand that some of our baby ballerinas (Ready Set Move and Tiny Tots) don’t have a lot of hair to attach a fake hairpiece. In this case, they do not need a fake hairpiece - just wear hair in neat ponytail **
4. CONCERT T-SHIRT AND TIGHTS
All students MUST have a white Pointe2Pointe T-shirt for the finale of the concert. Need a spare pair of tights too? Just complete the Uniform & Merchandise Order Form below to place your order.
5. CONCERT DIGITAL RECORDING
Want to watch your little superstar perform over and over again….forever??!! Then you’re in luck! All students receive a Digital Recording of the concert - such a great keepsake! No order form required - cost of the digital recording is added to your concert costume invoice. You will receive an email with a link to the digital recording a few weeks after the concert which you can then download to your devices and share with family and friends.
6. CONCERT PHOTOGRAPHY
Our amazing photographer captures all the best live-action moments of our concert! The photos are some of the best around! Complete the form below to access all images from the show via the photographer’s website - you can then place an order directy with the photographer.
7. COLOURING COMPETITION
Our annual colouring competition is a favourite amongst the kids! Be as creative as you can to be in the running to win some cool prizes and remember.…there is no such thing as too much glitter!! Grab a copy at the studio or simply download one below! Don’t forget to submit it with $2 which helps fund our props department!
8. CONCERT TICKETS
Don’t miss out on seeing this spectacular show! Tickets go on sale at 9.00am on Monday 3 November 2025 via StageCenta.com Be quick - tickets always SELL OUT super fast!
9. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!
Concert music and a video of each concert routine is uploaded to your Dancer’s Portal. This allows students to practice at home and particularly helps our tiniest ballerinas feel confident on stage. Make sure you log in and download both your music and videos!
